How long does it take to get our school running?
Your school is live in a day — we create it, import your student and staff lists from Excel, and your team logs in the same afternoon. Full onboarding, including training and your first fee cycle, takes 7–10 working days. Nothing needs installing.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Most schools start with admissions and attendance, add fees at the start of the next billing cycle, then move exams across at term end. The platform works from day one either way.
Is our data separate from other schools?
Yes. Every school gets its own database rather than sharing tables with other customers, and access inside your school is controlled by role. A group runs each campus as its own school — its own staff, its own data — and reports across all of them from a single owner login.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Connect your existing payment gateway and parents can pay from the app; the receipt and the ledger update immediately. You can also keep collecting cash and record it manually.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It stays yours. Every list exports to Excel or PDF at any time, and we will provide a full database export on request.
