About Skooly

Built in Lahore, for schools in Pakistan.

Skooly is made by Coduko. Same city as the schools we build it for, the same working day, and the same currency.

Why it matters where this was built

A foreign product has to be talked into a Pakistani school.

Skooly is built and run by Coduko, a software company in Lahore. There is no reseller between you and us. When you ask for something, you are asking the people who operate the system.

Most school software sold here was designed for somewhere else. It works, mostly. You spend the first month bending your school to fit it, and the next year explaining the parts that never fit at all.

Money in rupees, and usually in parts

Fees here are collected in person and in pieces — cash at the window, a bank transfer against what is due, a cheque, and very often half now and half after salary. Software built around a card on file treats all of that as the exception.

Skooly treats it as the normal case. A part payment is recorded, the receipt shows what remains, and the student stays on the defaulters list for the balance only. That is the whole design of the fee module, not a setting buried three screens deep.

Your classes, named the way you name them

Nursery, Prep, Class 1 to Class 10, then FSc part I and II. Sections, mediums and streams on top of that, and a session year that starts on the date your board says it starts.

You type that structure in yourself. Nothing renames Class 9 to Grade 9, and nothing assumes a September-to-June year that no school here runs.

Someone to call, inside your working day

Our office keeps the same hours as your office. You are not writing a ticket at noon and waiting for another continent to wake up, and you are not explaining what a part payment at the window is before you can explain the problem.

Most of it happens on WhatsApp, because that is already where your office works.

We would rather you read what Skooly does not do on this page than find it out halfway through a demo.

What Skooly runs on

Skooly runs on eSchool SaaS, a commercially licensed school-management platform. Coduko licenses it, extends it, hosts it and operates it for your school.

We could word that page to imply we wrote every line. Any technical buyer would find out anyway, and then every other claim on this site is in question. So: the engine is licensed, the work of making it fit a school here is ours, and the person who answers your call is ours.

Where we are

A real address, in Johar Town.

Not a post box and not a virtual office. If you are in Lahore, you can come and sit with us.

Call us0306 8886763
Office695, 2 J2, Block R Phase 2 Johar Town, Lahore, 53500
Before you come

Message us on WhatsApp first. Then somebody is free to sit with you, and we can have your own school’s classes and fee heads loaded before you arrive rather than showing you a demo one.

Where else to find us

Coduko’s own site is at coduko.com. That is the company that licenses, extends and operates Skooly, and the company on your invoice.

Skooly posts at instagram.com/skooly.pk. It is the only account we run. If you find a Skooly page anywhere else, it is not ours, and you should tell us about it.

For anything about your own school — a quote, a migration, a problem in the middle of fee week — use the phone number or the WhatsApp link beside this. Both reach people, not a queue.

How we sell

What we will not do.

Worth writing down, because it is the part you cannot check until after you have paid.

Commitments about how Skooly is sold and supported
We will not What happens instead
Keep the price off the website Every plan rate is published in PKR on the pricing page, including what is free and what onboarding costs. The two app-store accounts are billed in USD by Apple and Google, and that is stated there too. You work out your own number before you speak to anyone.
Sell you a module that is not installed Anything belonging to a newer version of the engine is hidden on this site until your install actually has it. You cannot be shown a screen and then be asked to wait for it.
Claim an integration we do not have JazzCash and EasyPaisa are not integrated. Parents send to the account you already use and your office records it like any other transfer. It is on the fees page in the same words.
Make it hard to leave Registers, student lists and reports export to Excel and PDF while you are with us. Billing is monthly, you can cancel any time, and we export your data for you when you do.
Invent proof No school names we were not given permission to use. No testimonial nobody wrote. No student count, uptime figure or award we cannot put in front of you.
What we cannot show you yet

Skooly is new. We do not have a list of schools to name or a case study to send you, and we are not going to borrow somebody else’s.

What we can do is take one class list and one class’s fee register, set them up in Skooly, and hand it back to you. You judge it on your own numbers instead of on a story about someone else’s school.

Questions

Common questions

Who actually builds Skooly?

Coduko, a software company in Lahore. The office address, phone number and email on this page are ours, and the company on your invoice is the same one that answers your call.

Did you write the whole system yourselves?

No, and we would rather say so here than have you find out later. Skooly runs on eSchool SaaS, a commercially licensed school-management platform. Coduko licenses it, extends it, hosts it and operates it. The engine is licensed; the work of making it fit a Pakistani school, and the support behind it, is ours.

Which schools use Skooly?

Skooly is new and we are not going to name schools we have not been given permission to name. Send us one class list and one class’s fee register instead. We will set it up and you can judge it on your own numbers.

Can we come and meet you?

Yes. We are at 695, 2 J2, Block R, Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore 53500. Message us on WhatsApp before you come so somebody is free to sit with you rather than in the middle of something else.

Do you build things we ask for?

Sometimes. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly which of three things it is: something you can already configure, something we can add, or something we are not going to build. The third answer is the one most vendors will not give you.

Where can we follow Skooly?

Instagram, at instagram.com/skooly.pk. That is the only account we run today. We have deliberately not linked a Facebook or LinkedIn page here, because we would only be guessing at the address.

Talk to the people who run it.

No call centre and no reseller. Message us on WhatsApp and you reach the team in Lahore that sets schools up.
