School website

Your school's website. Built in, not billed extra.

Every Skooly school gets a real website of its own — gallery, announcements, faculty and an online admission form, on your own address.

School website · chenabgrammar.skooly.pkSample data. Drawn, not screenshotted.
  1. Your own address, from day one

Every school gets yourschool.skooly.pk at no cost. Point your own domain at it later and the same site answers on it.

  2. The office writes the pages

About, contact and FAQs are edited from the admin panel — and the faculty section fills itself from your staff records.

  3. The gallery is the school year

An album per event, with photographs you upload and YouTube videos you paste in.

  4. The admission form feeds your enquiry list

A parent applies on Sunday night; on Monday it is in your applications list with their own answers attached.

The problem

A parent searches your school’s name and finds nothing.

Most small private schools in Pakistan have no website. The parent who was ready to ask about admission calls the school down the road instead, because that one came up.

There is nothing to send A parent asks for fees, timings and the admission process. Someone types it into WhatsApp again, or photographs two pages of the prospectus.
A quote, then a dead site A one-off build costs real money. A year later nobody at the school can change a line of it, and the domain quietly lapses.
Enquiries land wherever they land Names arrive in a staff WhatsApp group, a phone note and the front-desk diary. By Friday nobody knows who called on Monday.

How it works

Live on day one. Yours to edit after that.

1

Your site goes up with your school

The day we create your school in Skooly the website already exists, on your own subdomain, over HTTPS, carrying your logo, your name and your colours.

2

Fill it in from the admin panel

About us, contact details and FAQs — and a faculty section that fills itself from your staff records. The same login your office uses for fees and attendance. Save the page and it is live — there is no developer in the loop.

3

Keep it alive during the term

Post an announcement, add the sports day photos, drop in a YouTube link, change the homepage slider for admission season. Each of these takes minutes, not a support ticket.

4

Point your own domain at it when you are ready

Buy the name from any registrar, point its DNS at us and enter it in your settings — we will walk you through the DNS record the first time. Or stay on the subdomain for good — that costs nothing and works exactly the same.

What you get

Everything a school website actually needs.

Your own subdomain, live on day one thelearningtree.skooly.pk over HTTPS, carrying your logo, your name and your colours. Nothing to set up.
Your own domain when you want it Point learningtree.edu.pk at the same site and it answers there instead. You buy the name; the site does not change.
Pages you edit yourself About us, contact us and FAQs, written and rewritten in the admin panel by whoever runs your office.
Photo and video gallery An album per event — sports day, prize distribution, the Class 5-A trip — with photographs you upload and YouTube videos you paste in.
Homepage sliders Change the banner for admission season, then change it back. Each slide can link to the page you want read.
Announcements on the site Publish once. The class gets the notification in the app and any visitor reads the same notice on your website.
An online admission form A parent applies from the site and the application lands in your admissions list, with the details already typed in by the family.
Your own terms, privacy and refund pages Per school, not ours. The pages the app stores and payment providers ask for exist and are already linked from your footer — you write what goes in them, per school, not us.
A good standard website, not a bespoke design

Every Skooly school runs the same layout. You change the logo, the colours, the photographs and the words — not the structure of the page. It is fast, it works on a phone, and it says everything a parent came to find out.

If your school wants a designed marketing site with its own art direction, build that one properly and point it at your Skooly admission form. That is a sensible thing to do and we will help you wire it up. What we will not do is pretend a template is a design job.

Included in every plan, including Free

There is no website add-on and no setup fee. The one cost that is not ours is the domain name itself — you buy that from a registrar and pay their annual fee. Stay on your skooly.pk subdomain and you pay nobody anything.

Questions

Common questions

Does the website cost extra?

No. It is part of every plan, Free included, and there is no setup fee for it. The only separate cost is your domain name, which you buy from a registrar and renew with them each year. On the skooly.pk subdomain there is nothing to pay at all.

Can we use our own domain name?

Yes. Buy the name anywhere, point it at us, and your site answers on it. Until you do, you are on your own subdomain — something like thelearningtree.skooly.pk — and everything works the same way.

We already have a website. Do we have to switch?

No, and sometimes you should not. Keep the site you paid for and point its admission button at your Skooly form, so applications land in your admissions list instead of an inbox. Your Skooly site sits on the subdomain either way, ready if you ever want it.

Who updates it after we go live?

Your own office, from the same admin panel used for fees and attendance. Adding an album or an announcement takes a few minutes and needs no technical knowledge. We set the site up with you and train whoever will be looking after it.

Can parents see their child’s fees or attendance on the website?

The website is the public face of your school — announcements, photos, contact details, the admission form. Anything about a named child, such as attendance, challans and results, sits behind the login in the Skooly parent app.

Your school could be online this week.

Send us your logo and a dozen photographs. We will put the site up on your subdomain so you can look at it before you decide anything.
