What that looks like for a real school

A school with 500 students and 60 staff is 560 users, so PKR 5,600 a month on Premium — about PKR 11.2 per student. That is roughly one student’s monthly fee covering the whole school’s software for a year.

Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?

On the Free plan, yes — PKR 15,000 one-time, which covers setup, importing your existing data and training your team. On Premium and Premium Plus it is included at no charge.

What happens when we pass 250 users?

You move to Premium at PKR 10 per user per month. Note the threshold is a single combined figure, not a deductible: at 251 users all 251 are billed, not just the one over the line. We will tell you before it happens rather than surprising you on an invoice.

Do you charge for parents?

No. A user is one student or one staff member. Parents and guardians use the app free, however many of them are attached to a student.

Can we change plans mid-year?

Yes, at any point. Fees are charged one month in advance, so a change takes effect from the next cycle.

How is the user count calculated?

Active students plus active staff. A student who has left and been marked inactive is not counted, so your bill follows your real roll rather than your historical records.

What if we have more than one campus?

Premium and above. Each campus runs on its own isolated database with its own admin panel and its own website, and you see all of them from one owner login. Users are counted across all campuses together.

How do we pay?

Bank transfer is what most schools use. Cash and cheque are recorded by us with a receipt. Card payment is available where your school is eligible with one of the built-in providers.

Is training included?

Yes, on every plan — one session for the office and one for teachers, both recorded so new staff can watch them later. On the Free plan it is part of the one-time onboarding fee.

Do you offer a discount for paying annually?

Not today. We bill monthly, one month in advance, and you can cancel any time. We would rather keep it simple than build a discount around a headcount that changes every term.

What if we want to leave?

Cancel any time and we export your full database for you. Your school's data sits in its own database rather than mixed in with other schools, which is what makes a clean export possible.
