This page explains how Skooly, operated by Coduko, handles the information your school stores in the platform.

How the platform handles your data
- Each school's records are stored in a separate database, not shared with other schools.
- Access within your school is controlled by role — owner, administrator, teacher, parent and student each see only what their role allows.
- Your data remains yours. Every list can be exported to Excel or PDF at any time, and we will provide a full export on request.
- Traffic to and from the platform is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
