This page explains how subscriptions to Skooly are cancelled and when refunds apply.

What we will always do
- Confirm your cancellation in writing, with the date it takes effect.
- Keep your school readable until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Provide a full export of your data before access ends, at no charge.
